Return Policy
Returns
BriKel Boutique will gladly grant STORE CREDIT ONLY on items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items will not be eligible for return after 14 days. Store credit does NOT include shipping/handling fees. Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more are NOT qualified for returns. These items will be marked FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled the same as returns. Store credit will be issued and you may purchase the correct size/color of the item you returned or purchase a different item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@brikelboutique.com within 5 days if the item is defective. Please include a photo of the damage/defect within your email.
- Item must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, untainted, with tags attached).
- Shoe boxes must be returned in original box and encased in another box for shipping to protect the item. Shoes returned with shipping label directly on the shoe box will result in a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Reimbursement for the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
- To start a return, contact us at info@brikelboutique.com, include order number and reason for return and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
- Include your original packing slip along with item being returned.
- Once we receive your return, allow 5-7 business days to process. Your store credit will be emailed to you. Purchases using store credit are FINAL SALE.
